Visiting the PNE

Last week we headed to the PNE to check things out.

Next we were off to the 4H displays.

We stopped at the kids farm to learn more about farming in BC.

We even picked a few apples.

At the end we were rewarded with a yummy snack - cranberries!

Making the cake was the biggest job.

First the cake had to be baked.

Next, the icing was mixed.

Then after a bit of work by Mom, Diego appeared!

It was worth it. Yum!
