Corn Maze

  The weather was so nice this weekend we went to the corn maze.

 Lucy wanted to pick some corn to take home.

Mom let me use her camera to take a picture of her. 

Looks like she ate too much turkey!

PNE

Earlier in the summer we went to the PNE.

 We ended the day by riding the Ferris Wheel.

Summer Fun

We are looking forward to a great summer!

Today's weather was a good start.

 First we went out and bought ourselves a new pool. 

Of course we had to try it out!

 Later we went for a walk to the park.

 Lucy is getting good at climbing.

 Ready for a trip down the slide.

I am getting pretty good at climbing too!

Helping Out

We decided we wanted to help out the salmon population by marking storm drains.

 First you have to spread the paint.

 Of course we have our safety cone and vest.

All finished!  Can you tell it's a salmon?

Holiday Monday

 Monday started out rainy so we headed off to play indoors.

 Slides are always fun!

 Climbing in tunnels.

 Lucy was a little more cautious on the slide.

 Later in the day we headed off to A Rocha.

 We got our faces painted.

 We had to sit very still.

 Hay ride!

 What fun!

Despite her look, Lucy did have fun.

What a great day!

Saskatchewan

 Our trip to Saskatchewan started off with a visit to the cockpit.

 Once we got settled we went to see some baby chicks.

I named mine Cheetah because of its colouring. 

 Lucy named hers Fluffy.

 Grandma helped us colour some Easter Eggs.

 Grandma also had this nice window seat put in for us.

 Grandma also introduced us to egg beaters.

 Yum!  Gotta get every bit of whipped cream.

 Grandpa read us a story.

 Grandma helped us make cake pops!

 It got a little messy.

Best day ever!  I finally got to see a real T-Rex head!

 This is another dinosaur - a Tylosaur.

That is one big head.

Thanks Grandma and Grandpa for a great visit!

Nature Park

Today Dad took us for an adventure to the Nature Park.

We had a lot of fun being outside.

Lucy with a big smile under a tree.

I had my adventure pack on, ready for whatever happened.

We did a scavenger hunt so I had to check the list to be sure we found everything.

What a fun day!
